From the campfire

Hello! I have had the pleasure of beginning this blog while sitting by a campfire. It helps that Jessica did all the computer work while I got to write out my thoughts by hand. It is an odd pleasure to connect with people online via a written letter.

Since my kids are still at the camp fire now, I would appreciate more ideas for campfire meals! I have already made lunch and dinner over the fire, and my bet is that we are out there shortly after breakfast (since we are not actually camping, just out in the yard!)

Written with a Zebra Sarasa Push Clip Gel Pen - Vintage Color - Brown Gray 0.5 mm (find it here)

Most Attentively

In my day job, I work for a biographical publishing company and I have the pleasure of interviewing successful professionals every day.  In one interview I asked a woman why she became a writer.  She told me that the blank page listens most attentively, and I couldn't agree more.

I used that phrase as my writing sample for today.  Pens listed below.

  1. Pilot G-2 0.5  Black
  2. Pilot Juice 0.38  Turquoise Green
  3. Uni-ball Signo DX 0.38  Navy
